How do I create a Low Fare Alert?
In the app, go to the “Account” section and make sure you're signed in. On the website, click “Sign in”. Under “Available ticket alerts”, select “Low Fare Alerts”. Enter your route, travel preferences, preferred travel period and maximum budget. Once your alert has been confirmed, we'll email you as soon as a ticket matching your criteria becomes available.
The email is sent to the address linked to your account. In the app, you can also choose to receive a notification by enabling this option when you create your alert.
Once you've signed in to your account, go to “Available ticket alerts”

Under “Available ticket alerts”
Click “Low Fare Alerts”, then “Create an alert”.

Enter your criteria
Choose your route, travel preferences and budget.

Confirm your alert
As soon as a ticket matching your criteria becomes available, you'll receive an email and a notification.
Good to know
A summary of your alert is displayed in the “Low Fare Alerts” tab, which you can access from the “Account” section. You can delete your alert at any time by selecting the trash can icon, or create another alert if you wish.
